Emotional Intelligence

So many companies nowadays do these emo tests to see how you'd react in certain situations, how much self control you have and blah blah because organizations are becoming more team oriented. This is a good idea if not great. You can be trained on how to do a task and you can be motivated easily but handling ones emotions is very difficult. I think that these E.I. tests should be implemented into more bars, i know it sounds corny but I think that if they did take the extra few minutes for this there would be less of a turnover rate in the industry. You wouldnt have pretty brats that get all Whitney Houston and cry when a custie yells at them, or all staff would get along...
Take one if you have a sec, i think the higher it is you rank the more successful you will be... SO EMOTIONAL
