Would this solve it all?

Buddhism says that the basic facts of existence contain The Four Noble Truths.

1. Life inevitably involves suffering, is imperfect and unsatisfactory.
2. Suffering originates in our desires.
3. Suffering will cease if all desires cease.
4. Nirvana is only accomplished through a life of morality, concentration and wisdom.

Humans could pull themselves OUT of suffering and attain liberation by following the Eightfold Path of Liberation which includes the following...

A.Right Understanding - Comprehending reality correctly through deep realization of the Four Noble Truths.

B. Right Thought or Motives - Escape self-centeredness by uncovering and remove the "unwholesome" emotional roosts behind our thinking...

C. Right Speech- The use of communication only in service of truth and harmony.

D. Right Action - Observing the five basic precepts for moral conduct; avoid destroying life, stealing, sexual misconduct, lying and intoxicants.

E. Right Livelihood- Making a living in a way that does not violate the five precepts

F. Right Effort- Continual effort to stop/eliminate unwholesome states from the past, in the present and for the future.

G. Right Mindfulness - The way to liberation is through the mind, Buddhism strives for awareness in ever moment.

H. Right Meditation - The application of mental discipline to quiet in the mind.

This shit really gets me thinking about how much this makes sense. If only it was so simple. I really give respect to those who strictly follow this religion. The thing that I love about studying this religion they arent so focused on the past and biblical teachings but geared toward reliving one's being of pain and suffering to reach unimaginable happiness. Something many of us in all reality will never experience.
