Ol'Dirty Bastard

November 15, 1968 - November 13, 2004
Yesterday was the anniversary of the late Russell Jones also known as Ol'Dirty Bastard (ODB), Big Baby Jesus, Ason Unqiue, Dirt McGirt, Dirt Dog and Osirus.

Obviously who he was and what he did in the hip hop culture does not need to be reiterated, if you don't know leave this site and go to google as you do not belong 'round these way little kid.


He left behind seven (a questionable eighth) children and many people that cared for him. His constant battle with drugs and the law made you love him and feel so bad for him at the same time.

He was an original player and although not around I can doubt he will ever be forgotten.

Crazy respect to his fam north and south of the border.

20 years gone

May God remember the soul of my father, my teacher
John Fabry who has gone to his eternal rest
as, without making a formal vow,
I pledge to give charity on his behalf.
