Holy Fuck.

ATLANTA — The rap star Juvenile is "shocked and devastated" by the shooting death of his young daughter, the girl's mother and another child, his manager said Saturday.

The 32-year-old rapper is still trying to cope with the death of 4-year-old Jelani; her mother, 39-year-old Joy Deleston; and the woman's daughter Micaiah, 11, whose bodies were found Thursday night in their home, said manager Aubrey Francis.

"It really shocked him and devastated him to the point where I've never seen him before," Francis said. "Right now he is relaxing and trying to grasp everything of what has happened."

Meanwhile, 17-year-old Anthony Tyrone Terrell Jr. is being held in the DeKalb County jail, charged in the deaths of his mother _ a Gwinnett County sheriff's deputy _ and siblings at the home near Lawrenceville, outside Atlanta. He was arrested Friday.

Deleston brought a paternity lawsuit in 2004, claiming that Juvenile, whose real name is Terius Gray, was Jelani's father, Gwinnett County court records show. Both parties later agreed Juvenile was the father.

Juvenile, who is in New Orleans, had been making regular child support payments, Francis said.

In 1998, Juvenile released his third album, "400 Degreez," which sold 4 million copies. At one time he was part of the four-man group The Hotboyz, along with Lil Wayne, Young Turk and B.G.

Attorney Randy Kessler, who represented Juvenile in the paternity suit, said Saturday he had not talked with the rapper about the killings.

"Any time you have a situation like that, it's shocking," Kessler said.

Terrell was taken to jail in neighboring DeKalb County to avoid any potential conflict because Deleston worked for Gwinnett County, said Lawrenceville police spokeswoman Illana Spellman. She could not confirm Friday whether Deleston's service weapon was used.

Because of his age, prosecutors cannot seek the death penalty against Terrell. A preliminary hearing will be set next week in Gwinnett County Superior Court, prosecutor Danny Porter said.

Defense attorney Lyle Porter did not return calls Friday and Saturday.

I am not mad at him....

Photo: Sergei L. Loiko / Los Angeles Times

In 2002, Vitaly Kaloyev’s wife and children were killed in a plane crash. He stalked the air traffic controller who was on duty all the way in Switzerland, knocked on the man’s front door, and stabbed him to death.

Today, after serving just 5 years of a prison sentence, Vitaly goes back to Russia and is welcomed there as a hero:

"I don’t really take offense at people who call me a murderer. People who say that would betray their own children, their own motherland," Kaloyev said. "I protected the honor of my children and the memory of my children."

By the time Kaloyev walked out of a Swiss prison and made an emotional return to this city spread in the icy shadows of the Caucasus Mountains late last year, his crime had been eclipsed by his fame and a social split over his significance. Some Russians cheer Kaloyev as a national hero, a "real man." Others are appalled by his celebrity status, which they believe highlights the worst tendencies of Russian nationalism.

Kaloyev’s story is a postmodern tragedy, a tale of loss and vengeance, but also of clashing cultures — of the deeply humanistic, man-to-man world of the Caucasus crashing confusedly into the sterilized, legalistic culture of big Western companies facing expensive lawsuits.

Although he says he blacked out and can’t remember attacking 36-year-old Peter Nielsen, Kaloyev doesn’t deny killing him, nor is he sorry for the man’s death. Even in the earliest days of his grief, Kaloyev admits, he fixated on Nielsen, the only controller on duty when the plane carrying Kaloyev’s family crashed into another plane in midair. Within two days of the crash, he had tracked down the air traffic controller’s name and neighborhood. He knew that Nielsen had two children, and that his wife was pregnant with a third child.

Project Cheddar?!? Cops think they're funny...

A string of overnight police raids across the city this week not only led to the arrest of an alleged gang leader but also took one of the most powerful guns in the world off the streets.

In recent months, Toronto Police say undercover officers have seized 10 kilos of cocaine worth upwards of $2 million during an operation dubbed Project Cheddar. That operation culminated Wednesday night when police said officers intercepted "certain evidence" in the downtown core.

"Arrests were made and a series of search warrants followed," Det.-Sgt. Doug Quan, head of the integrated Toronto Police gun and gang task force, said yesterday, adding nine homes were raided that night and the next morning.

Project Cheddar -- a collaborative effort that also involved the drug squad, officers from 12 and 23 Divisions as well as the Intelligence Division, and the RCMP -- resulted in 90 charges against nine people and the seizure of six handguns.

Among the seven men and two women arrested was Alejandro Jose "Cheesie" Vivar, 26, the alleged leader of the notorious LA (Latino Americanos) Boys -- a group police claim has risen from a street gang operating in the Christie Pits area to high level drug distributors operating across the city.
Alejandro Vivar, who was acquitted of murder three years ago.
Vivar stood trial for first-degree murder in the 2002 gang slaying of Gary Malo, the former ringleader of the Christie Boys who was fatally shot in a west-end bar.

Quan said all of the guns police seized this week were loaded when found, five in homes and one in a vehicle.

One of the firearms was a gold-coloured, .50-calibre Desert Eagle made of titanium -- a massive pistol considered by many experts to be among the most dangerous handguns ever made.

"It's pretty rare," Quan said. "This is the first time I've seen one out there."

Also charged are Manuel Perera, 25, Ken Yu, 25, Carlos Minero, 28, Daniel Tran, 29, Rina Okimawinew, 26, Karina Guajala, 25, all of Toronto, and Wayne Sicard, 41, and Michael Dibble, 25, both of Brockville.

Winter holidays = Killing season??

Why is everyone dying??

Jealousy is no more than feeling alone against smiling enemies. ~Elizabeth Bowen

"Super producer Mannie Fresh's sister, Angela Bryant was shot and murdered in her New Orleans home Wednesday night on her birthday. The 42 year old mother's two children (ages 2 and 7) were present in the home, but were not harmed. Police did find the kids tied up. Her body was discovered Thursday morning, and authorities say her 1998 Lexus LS 400 vehicle was also stolen."

Condolences are sent out to all the loved ones with family members passing.

Damn....

Luxury goods maker Louis Vuitton has won a lawsuit that alleged a Britney Spears music video violated counterfeiting laws by showcasing a pink Vuitton-upholstered dashboard.

A Paris civil court ordered Sony BMG and MTV Online to stop broadcasting or marketing the video for "Do Something" in any form and fined them 80,000 euros ($117,000) apiece, a spokeswoman for Paris-based Louis Vuitton said Monday. The ruling was handed down last week.

In the opening scenes of the video, Spears appears in the driver's seat of a hot pink Hummer floating on make-believe clouds. One shot shows fingers drumming on a dashboard covered with what looks like Vuitton's "Cherry Blossoms" design: dark pink blossoms on a pale pink, weblike background, embossed with the "LV" logo.

The court did not find Spears herself guilty but ruled that Sony BMG and MTV Online were guilty of violating counterfeiting laws. The ruling said the video constituted an "attack" on Louis Vuitton's brands and its luxury image, the spokeswoman said.

It was not immediately clear how the ban would be enforced, or whether the companies would appeal.

MTV declined to comment on the ruling. Sony BMG did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
