Hot Toddy

Is it just me but is everyone talking about this beverage?? This old school classic warm beverage is everywhere - from books, magazines, songs and blogs... Can drinks make a comeback? Is that even possible? whats next a salty dog? Anyway here is the recipe to keep you warm for the last few months of winter

1 1/2 ounces of Whiskey

1 ounce Honey

1/3 Lemon

3 Ounces of H20 (hot)

Heat the lemon and honey for 30 seconds in the microwave then add to hot water and whiskey.

P.s. this is especially good for sore throats. Add a cinnamon stick when feeling crafty.

The Winter Health Secret

this is my secret, it got me through last winter and it is getting me through this shitty weather yet again. Some swear by echinacea or buckleys but this shit is beyond that. The technicality is that unlike echinacea it protects you against all viruses and not just the common cold. Does it taste like shit - YES! but as per usual the genius in me solved that one issue - ORANGE JUICE - take 3-5 drops in a shot glass with some o.j. and chase it with a glass of o.j. and its a breeze. cost? $15.99-35.99 - but it lasts if you dont take too much, which you shouldnt because the oil gets into your body and will you end up smelling like oregano (doesnt mix well with smell good).
